Weekly Workouts 3.23.15 - 3.29.15

I got in some good workouts this week. I brought Turbo Fire into the mix, and it's just what I needed to get my upper body working without needing weights or push-ups.

Monday, 3.23.15: Turbo Fire Fire 30


Tuesday, 3.24.15: 21 Day Fix Lower Fix

Wednesday, 3.25.15: 3.75 miles with the Kendall Run Club


Thursday, 3.26.15: Turbo Fire Fire 30

Friday, 3.27.15: REST (travel day)

Saturday, 3.28.15: Massage and walking around Animal Kingdom & Epcot

Sunday, 3.29.15: REST (travel day)

I did take a few days off over the weekend, since I was going to Orlando to hit up the parks and hang with my bestie and her little ones, but I needed a few days off physically and mentally to get back on my game. I'm getting amped up for the 15k in two short weeks!
