Weekly Workouts 8.17.15 - 8.23.15

This was week 2 of 21 Day Fix Extreme. The workouts weren't as foreign to me as they were the first week, but they were still challenging!

Monday, 8.17.15: 21 Day Fix Extreme Plyo Fix Extreme

Tuesday, 8.18.15: 21 Day Fix Extreme Upper Fix Extreme

Wednesday, 8.19.15: 3.5 mile run with Kendall Run Club & 21 Day Fix Extreme Pilates Fix Extreme

Thursday, 8.20.15: 21 Day Fix Extreme Lower Fix Extreme

Friday, 8.21.15: 21 Day Fix Extreme Cardio Fix Extreme

Saturday, 8.22.15: 21 Day Fix Extreme Dirty 30 Extreme

Sunday, 8.23.15: Orange Theory Fitness & 21 Day Fix Extreme Yoga Fix Extreme

I also got in a run with the Kendall Run Club, and finally tried out an Orange Theory Fitness class with my bestie, Kris. The class was good, so hard, but they make it fun and challenging. One more week of 21 Day Fix Extreme left! I know I'll see some real change!
